Sewer Laterals

We replace the sewer lateral from your home to the city main in the street. Using trenchless technology, we are able to greatly minimize our footprint allowing us to preserve landscapes, minimize disruption to the neighborhood, and save the client money while replacing your sewer lateral. We also offer new sewer tie ins for those who are transitioning from a personal septic system to the city's main line.

Foundation Replacement

We specialize in removing existing house foundations and laying out and excavating new footings. Working closely with our industry partners, we manage every aspect of foundation replacement, including working with the structrual engineer, lifting the structure, removing the old foundation, laying out and digging new footings, pouring the new foundation, lowering the house, and permanently securing it to the new foundation. We take pride in provid honest and quality work in a timely manor.

  • An underground pipe installation. A new two-inch water service tie-in on a large C900 water main. The two-inch HDPE water service is connected to brass fittings, which connect to the tapping saddle where a tap was preformed on the live water main.

  • The new permanent connection of the new HDPE SDR 17 sewer lateral to the new section of the PVC SDR 35 sewer main. A gas main is crossing over the sewer lateral.

  • A road that has had the steep shoulder reinforced to strengthen the road. The road had begun to erode so the shoulder was dug out and new, clean class 2 road base was compacted in layers to strengthen the road.

  • Underground sewer pipe tied into the PVC sewer main. One lateral was replaced using trenchless technology and uses a transition fitting to connect to the PVC main. The other lateral is connected using a strongback rubber coupler to the old clay line.
